Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Games For Meeple, LLC within 14 days of delivery for a full refund and/or exchange of any kind. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you decided that you changed your mind or no longer want the item, the customer (you) are responsible for the return shipping postage back.


If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the Orders tab on the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item" link on the right-hand side. Please complete the return request form and we will follow-up with next steps. Please do not ship out your item yet until you been told so by one of our staff. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on any Pre-order product. These items are ordered directly from our suppliers, as orders are placed through them and are reserved for you on launch date.


*Note: Due to the constantly changing price of singles, we do not accept returns on single cards.


In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns of any collectible trading card games (i.e. Pokemon, Digimon, Final Fantasy, Flesh and Blood, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-gi-oh, Dragon Ball Super, Disney Lorcana, etc.).


**Items marked as Final, Final Sale, clearance, or as noted cannot be returned. 


If you decide to request a return/refund for an order, a 15% fee restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount. *A restocking fee (15%) may be applied on a case-by-case basis if a item returned is opened and/or damaged and was sold as brand new sealed.


PRICE ADJUSTMENT

If you purchase an item from Games For Meeple, LLC and the price decreases (including during a sale), we will adjust the price of an in stock item only within 10 days of the original purchase date. If the item is no longer in stock on our website, we can not price adjust. Price Adjustment refunds will be issued only as a gift card to Games For Meeple. 

REFUNDS

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new, unopened, and unused condition will be eligible for a full refund in the form of the original payment method or store credit (gift card).


If a customer requests a refund on an unfulfilled order after 6 months of the purchased date and Paypal was used as the method of payment, the amount will be refunded via gift card.


Several types of goods may not be returned for refund. Such as perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Additional non-refundable items include, but are not limited to: gift cards, newspapers, magazines, and downloadable software products. Items marked “as is” or “final sale” are non-refundable.


Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. We will not refund any shipping costs paid, after an item has been shipped to you.


Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund up to four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier shipping company (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
