Returns

You being satisfied is our number 1 priority! If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day of delivery money-back guarantee for products purchased through our online store. Please note that we DO NOT accept any items back that is a TCG (Trading Card Games) product, if product is opened (if sold as factory sealed), physically damaged by customer, or if there are any missing pieces. 

 

If you received a package damaged, please let us know right away and we will be happy to set you up with a replacement or refund after receiving the damaged product back.

✔️ Item(s) must be new, sealed, and same condition as received

✔️ Must be willing to ship the product back 

✔️ If its our error or damaged, we will pay the return shipping back. If you changed your mind and no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the shipping postage back to us before a refund is processed.

 

Please note: We are unable to refund original shipping charges. All gift cards, clearance, and sale items are final sale. Purchases made through 3rd party marketplaces do not qualify for a refund or exchange. Games For Meeple, LLC does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. This is the customer's responsibility before purchasing the item and choosing the destination where the item will be shipped to.

 

*We reserve the right to refuse returns that show heavy signs of use or damaged. We cannot issue refunds until we receive, inspect, and verify the returned item(s).

Shipping

Currently we only ship to all 50 states in the United States.

We will be opening up other countries soon. 

Our warehouse takes 1-3 days (24-72 hours) to process, pull, and pack your order. Our Free Economy shipping can normally take between 2-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Standard shipping can normally take between 2-5 business days. Express shipping is normally 1-2 business days. 

 

Please note: There may be delays during high-volume, holiday times, or inclement weather. Delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances in your area or our shipping locations are not under the responsibility of Games For Meeple, LLC. Unfortunately, Express Shipping options cannot be refunded under these circumstances.

Tracking numbers take time to get into the USPS, UPS, or FedEx system. Occasionally this can take up to 24 hours, but often it's much shorter. If it doesn't work the day after we've emailed it to you please email us to let us know.

If you need to make changes to your order (items, qty's, or shipping/billing addresses), please email us at help@gamesformeeple.com ASAP with your order # and requested changes, so we can update your order right away. Because we print and pack orders M-F, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes will reflect on your order, but we will try our best! Once your package is shipped and in the hands of an shipping carrier, there isn't much we can do and out of our control. 

 

Please note: All orders that are submitted via our online store are made under 100% sole responsibility of the purchaser. Additional shipping charges due to an error in data entry made by the purchaser is assumed by the purchaser.

If the package was sent to the wrong address because of purchaser's error, our warehouse would need to receive the original package back and collect an additional shipping fee before a new package is shipped to the correct address. Please double check your shipping address before purchasing!

- Damaged items: We're sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged! Please send an email to help@gamesformeeple.com (include your order # and photo of the damaged item). Please communicate this within 14 days of purchase date. We will honor damaged items only if the products arrived to the receiver damaged, versus damaged after arriving.

 

- Received Incorrect items: We're sorry to hear that you received an incorrect item in your order. Please send an email to help@gamesformeeple.com (include your order # and photo of the incorrect item). Please communicate this within 14 days of purchase date.

- Missing packages: If your order has been marked as "delivered", but you have yet to receive it, please wait 2 business days before reaching out or filing a claim. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received your package.

Please note: Games For Meeple, LLC is not responsible for orders or packages that are lost or stolen. After the package leaves our warehouse facility, we are no longer held responsible for the package. We recommend you keep track of your package delivery date and make sure you are at the destination during the date/time or another person to accept the package for you.

  • Shipping to the contiguous United States is typically a flat $9.99 fee for most items. - Most orders of $75.00 or more ship to the contiguous United States for free. Please note that free shipping is after discounts and before sales taxes. Any orders less than $75.00 have a flat rate shipping of $9.99 or less depending on weight. Card singles, booster packs, some booster box will have a flat rate shipping of $4.99 or less depending on weight.  Additional fees may be required for non-contiguous destinations.

 

  • Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and APO destinations do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping. Shipping will be adjusted accordingly upon checkout based on weight and destination.
