SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Games For Meeple, we provide FREE standard delivery shipping for any orders over $100.00 or more to contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Gift Card amounts are not used toward reaching the $100.00 minimum threshold. Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and APO destinations do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on total order weight.


- Most orders of $100.00 or more ship to the contiguous United States for free. Please note that free shipping is after discounts and before sales taxes. Board game only orders less than $100.00 have a flat rate shipping of $9.99 or less depending on weight. Card singles, booster packs, and some booster boxes will have a flat rate shipping of $4.99 or less depending on weight. 
- We may ship orders using either FedEx (Home Delivery/Ground) UPS (Ground) or USPS (First Class/Priority Mail). The time in transit varies by carrier but it typically ranges from 2-6 business days once it leaves our warehouse in Walnut, California. 
- All our orders are shipped from California, United States. Average Processing times may vary based on seasonal & holiday volume. Processing typically ranges from 24-72 hours upon payment confirmation and transit times typically range from 2-5 business days depending on the destination location.


Games For Meeple, LLC is not responsible for contacting customers to check for the most up to date address. It's the customers responsibility to update their address if they move. We will not redirect packages at our cost in the case that a customer gives an inaccurate address or fails to update the address on an order before the order ships and the customer will assume the cost if the package is sent back to us.


Games For Meeple, LLC at times lists products for sale that are in-stock at one of our distributors' warehouses and drop-shipped to us. Please allow for a 3 - 4 business day delay as the games are shipped to Games For Meeple and then re-shipped to you. This starts the next business day after the order was placed.


Games For Meeple, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states delivered, please reach out to the appropriate shipping company. Signature confirmation will be required for any order delivery over the amount of $300. 


If you're shipping your purchase to a secondary location after it arrives to you or the initial destination (ie. a gift), we cannot be held responsible if damage occurs.


*Free shipping is not available for extra heavy or irregular shaped items.*

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.


When using mail forwarding companies for international orders, we cannot be held responsible for the contents of your package in any way, as we do not have any traceability of the package, and cannot confirm if any mishandling occurred after the package was marked as delivered, during the time in their possession, or in transit from the mail forwarding company to the customer.

Local Pick Ups & Deliveries :

  • For local pick ups, we will contact you via e-mail or phone number and notify you when your item is ready for pick up at our Diamond Bar location. 
  • We do not offer local delivery at this time, however, this will be an additional perk in the near future.

 

International Deliveries

  • We do not ship internationally at this time. We will notify the general public once we start accepting international orders. 

Important Note Regarding Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will not ship until all items on that order are available. We suggest putting pre-orders on separate orders from currently available items so that they can ship as soon as they are available.
